Role Overview:
As a Project Manager in our network, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects across various industries. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.com.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Notion, or Google Workspace).
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet changing needs and priorities.
- Manage budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to clients and team members.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Promote efficient communication and collaboration across teams.
