Role Overview:
As an Email Specialist in our network, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies that align with client goals. You’ll work closely with marketing and design teams to craft compelling messages, optimise campaign performance, and ensure flawless email delivery and list management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, CRM Specialist, or in a similar marketing role.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and automation.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, deliverability optimisation, and campaign analytics.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template editing.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills.
