Role Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer in our network, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces and experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first design principles
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather actionable feedback
- Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on product requirements
- Collaborate with product teams to define and implement user-centered design solutions
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly
- Design and implement UI components with attention to usability and accessibility
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs
- Optimize designs for multiple devices and screen sizes
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices
- Document design processes, decisions, and guidelines
